Wines
The vineyard is close to large trees, such as fig and mulberry, and this inspired us to follow a sustainable path, approaching the biodynamic method, a type of cultivation that tends to preserve the naturalness of the land and its products. We chose it because for us producing wine is a principle and a philosophy of life that we discover every day. In fact, we believe in an authentic product that speaks about us and the synergy we perceive with our terroir. An undisciplined wine, far from stereotypes, capable of involving and warming the soul. A wine that deeply excites thanks to its ancestral bond with nature.
Our red wines come from grapes originated from a Romagna biotype, they are harvested in full maturation and exclusively by hand, in small creates which are taken immediately to the vinary. Spontaneous fermentations and maceration on the skins for 30 days of the pressed must are followed by refinement in stainless steel tanks.
Our white wines derive from native grapes, these also collected as fully ripe and exclusively by hand, in small crates that are unloaded immediately into the destemmer at the vinary. A soft pressing is followed by spontaneous fermentations of the must, with only indigenous yeasts, and subsequent refinement in stainless steel tanks.
All wines are unclarified, unfiltered and not chemically treated.
By the end of May 2023 our first bottles were ready, in 2024 three new wines arrived, ready to be tasted. If you wish to taste or purchase our products, contact us and we will be happy to host you at Cà Bosca.

Rosso Dal Fico (2022)

Grape varieties: Sangiovese 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%

Rosso Bologna (2023)

Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Sangiovese 50%
Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: fruity notes of cherry and black cherry, fragrant and with gentle tannins
Taste: dry, good acidity and tannins, balanced and persistent

Grape varieties: Sangiovese 67%, Cabernet Sauvignon 33%
Colour: intense ruby red
Bouquet: fruity notes of cherry and black cherry, fragrant and with gentle tannins
